Mr. Abreu began his career in the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. He later worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Abreu currently represents persons throughout the State of Florida in both State and Federal court. His experience includes numerous jury trials, bench trials, and motion hearings. Mr. Abreu has appeared on WSVN Channel 7’s Help Me Howard, Maria Elvira Confronta, and Ultima Palabra with Ninoska Perez Castellon. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Joseph Wolenski came to Florida to attend law school at the University of Miami. After graduating with Honors, Joseph Wolenski started work at the Abreu Law Firm, Criminal Defense Attorney in Miami, as an associate.

Defending individuals accused of a crime by the Government is Mr. Wolenski's career calling. Since he started practicing, Mr. Wolenski has litigated cases involving Attempted Murder, Racketeering, Mortgage Fraud, DUI, Marijuana Grow-Houses, and Drug Trafficking.
